I can provide evidence dating my symptoms: prescription, pharmacy receipt, emergency report, medical invoice, on-site consultation… Otherwise, the doctor may offer a medical examination video consultation (€39 extra) to establish a dated assessment.

A companion is also affected by the cancellation (“cannot travel alone”).

Before paying — Important information. Your request is subject to medical validation. The doctor can only certify what he observes and what your documents demonstrate — he cannot back-date a document. If your request cannot be granted (insufficient documents, incompatible dates), €19 in study fees are kept and the remainder is fully refunded within 5 days. The medical examination, if offered, is a medical act: it remains payable even if, as a result, the certificate cannot be issued.
