A doctor reviews your request and issues the certificate within 24 h. Attach the documents relevant to your situation; the doctor remains the sole judge of issuance.

Details — describe the situation Give the dates, the current state, and anything useful for the doctor to certify your fitness.

Supporting documents Attach the documents relevant to your situation: photos of lesions, dating scan, surgical report, medical letter… Max 10 files, 15 MB each.

Study fee — €19. Your request is subject to medical validation. If the doctor considers that fitness to fly cannot be certified (insufficient evidence, situation not assessable remotely), €19 in study fees are kept and the remainder is fully refunded. The final boarding decision rests with the airline.
